2/2/2005 - Defining tasks
The last two weeks was spent on assigning specific tasks for each member of the team to work on building the system after the ordered parts have arrived. We had to modify our business plan because of the change we made from Bluetooth to RFIDs. The system design team had to look into the possible interference issues that may arise due to the use of devices that communicates using RF signals. The research is still in progress to find a suitable solution if such problem arises on the day of the trade show.
Omar Elsahy:
• Processed all the previous orders and compiled all supporting documentation
• Segmented the team into sub leaders and assigned all tasks
